General Conditions of Product Supply and Usage
All products supplied are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD$), and include GST, postage and handling within Australia only. All other countries are subject to quotation. Goods are sent by Parcel Post Plus or Registered Mail, with tracking capability. All care is taken to deliver product in perfect condition, but THE PET DOOR COMPANY cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged product. We will endeavour to assist where loss or damage has occurred.
Payment is required either by credit card or money order / cheque. Once authorised / cleared, goods will be dispatched within 48 hours, unless out of stock. If delay of more than an additional 7 days should occur, customer will be contacted to seek alternative product, or cancel order, if preferred.
Only product returned to us in mint condition (including undamaged packaging) within 3 weeks of original dispatch will be refunded. The following amounts will be deducted from refunded amounts to cover packaging, handling and postage costs:
- Orders below $100.00 ($22.00 refund fee)
- Orders $100.00 to $199.00 ($27.50 refund fee)
- Orders $200.00 to $299.00 ($33.00 refund fee)
- Orders $300.00 to $499.00 ($38.50 refund fee)
- Orders $500.00 and above ($44.00 refund fee)
Council Regulations / Insurance
No Pet Doors of any size, are to be installed in any door, panel or window leading to an unfenced swimming pool / spa. In addition any local council regulations relating to Pet Door installation will need to be complied with. It is also advisable to contact your home / contents insurer to advise that a Pet Door is to be installed.
Limitation of Liability
THE PET DOOR COMPANY cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, expenses or any other costs associated with the installation, use or removal of the Pet Doors and/or accessories purchased, including, but not limited to personal injuries sustained by any persons or pets on your property.
