You will be contacted to reconfirm your order, and goods in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of confirmed order and authorised payment. In the rare instance that any items are out of stock, these will be dispatched as soon as stock is received by THE PET DOOR COMPANY (Normally this should be no longer than an additional 5 business days). In the unlikely event that an ordered item cannot be sent to you within a reasonable time frame, you will be contacted as soon as possible to allow you to decide on a possible alternative, if necessary.
